Details of Kylian Mbappe’s house in Madrid revealed

Details are gradually unfolding about the deal for Kylian Mbappe to join Real Madrid as the end of the season approaches and the Frenchman arrives at the Spanish capital team.

One of the most important details surrounding each deal is certainly the players’ residency file in the new cities they move to, and in Mbappe’s case, he will have two options to reside in Madrid.

Lydia Martinez, a real estate expert in Madrid, spoke in statements to the newspaper “Marca” about the scenes of this file, saying that Mbappe’s house in Madrid will cost between 12 and 16 million euros.

Martinez added that Mbappe will reside in one of two areas, the first is “La Moraleja”, where a number of Real Madrid stars reside, led by Vinicius Junior, or the “La Finca” area, which is closer to the Real Madrid training ground in “Valdebebas”.

Martinez also pointed out that stars usually prefer to reside in corners of the capital, Madrid, while Carlo Ancelotti and Diego Simeone, coaches of Real and Atletico, reside in more central areas within the capital.

Martinez also spoke about the possibility that Mbappe would not find a suitable place to stay, in which case a house would be rented until another was built specifically for the French star.
